How do I book a game?

Will my group be playing with others?
All games at Brighton Asylum Escape are private experiences, meaning, you will not be playing with strangers.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 13 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Can I bring my small child with me?
Yes! Any child that is age 4 and under can come along with you and will be free of charge. **Important**: please call us before making your reservation so that we can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum capacity for space/players.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking a reservation through the booking portal by clicking here.
How early should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your game time for check-in.
How much do your games cost?
- Games are $40.00 per person
How do I pay?
Games are paid online at the time of booking. TIP: All games are private, so purchasing a single ticket will cause the game you are purchasing to go offline. If your group are all buying your tickets separately, buy the highest quantity of tickets in a single purchase, and call us to add the rest of the tickets to your order. Do not purchase additional time slots for the same game or purchase other games as a work-around.
My friends and family are joining, how can they pay for the same game?
Please give us a call if your group is paying separately. We can split the payments into different cards over the phone, or add your party to a group that has already purchased their tickets.
Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds. Our complete cancellation policy can be found on the checkout page during the purchase process. You must check a box that you agree to the cancelation policy before you can purchase a ticket for one of our games.
Can I reschedule?
- Absolutely. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to reschedule your game.
Do you have parking
Yes. We are located at the BACK of 2 Brighton Ave, Passaic NJ 07055. When you arrive at 2 Brighton Ave, you will see a large sign that says “Manhattan Marketing” at the top of the building. Make a left hand turn directly there . You will see a sign in the first parking spot that says “Brighton Asylum Escape” with an arrow pointing left and up the hill. Drive up the hill, past the trucks and follow the second escape room sign, making a right into the driveway. Proceed straight to the 3rd sign, and make your final right hand turn and park near our gift shop or ticket booth. If you have an exceptionally large group, with multiple cars, or are a corporate group with multiple cars, call us ahead of time and we will arrange parking for your entire group, on site with us.

Can we bring food or drinks into the game?
We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?
Yes and no. The entry door to your experience will always be open, so if you don’t wish to proceed further, you can simply exit the way you came in. However, the mission forward will always be locked and must be unlocked to continue.
What is your sanitation process?
We are cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces daily in our games and our lobby.
